Every client is required to sign a release form. We have three release forms general, matted, and senior.

Our General Release Form is a generic form that every client has to sign. Our Matted Release Form is for Matted Pets who need to be de-matted. Our Senior Release Form is for our senior pets who are older than 10 years of age.
